We start from the Vladeasa tourist hostel together with the red triangle we descend besides the Franturi clearing. From here we follow our way on a drive apx. 1 km after what we start climbing. In this way we arrive to the Big Rock after what in the Paltinisului clearing and Lespezi clearing, where arrive the

After 20 minutes we arrive to the bottom of the vale where a spring is. After a few down- and up-slopes we arrive to the ride from the Seaca vale.

To visit the Rachitele Waterfall we have to go downwards near the red point. We get on the right bank of the vale what gives place to the Rachitele waterfall a two-storied waterfall high of apx. 50m in two stares. Sumertime it's admired and wintertime climbed.

From the waterfall following back on the forest way and we get to the Firezul Rogojanului what is an important cleft where it gets lost all the waters of the Sec Vale. We arrive to the forester's lodge and from there after over 1.5km we leave the vale and the forest way as well and we start an accentuated up-slope through the forest until the height of 1450, in the White Rocks saddle. From this point we have 1 1/2 hours left to the Vladeasa lodge.
