Pietrele Galbenei (1,234 m) is a protected area, a monument of nature, since 2000 a geological reservation.

The reservation stretches over an area of 640 hectares, is a limestone rock formation located in the northern branch of the Bihor Mountains. Below the Pietrele Galbenei lies a beech forest, dark green in summer and a multicolored autumn, sprinkled with filled flowers glades. The area extends to Galbena valley and is known as Poiana Florilor
