Săliștea Veche, Wooden church

The little wooden church from Sălilștea Veche hill exists before XIX century. It is in deplorable state even if it has hidden artistic treasures. On entrance door's top we can see the life and heavenly tree and on the decorative frame's bottom the egg.

The stone table from the nave's centre is to fall and the boards too. On the iconostasis a simple painting fights with the bad weather. The Last supper's characters can be seen under it is the realization year 1911.
