The history of the Reformed church in Cireșeni takes us back to 1673. Then its first wooden church was built, which collapsed due to the landslide. The next wooden church lasted two years, being burned by lightning.

The third, being poorly built, needs multiple repairs and was demolished when it became dangerous. The fourth, built for 26 years and completed in 1841, was damaged by a landslide in the 1970s, with the ship demolished in 1977.

The tower can still be seen today and is so sloping that you are almost afraid to go under it. The church used today is the fifth and was completed in 1983.
