The Decebal Bridge, which makes contact between the Fabric and Cetate districts, was built in 1909 and it was the bridge on concrete beams with the greatest opening from Europe. It is 195m long and 9m wide. The project won the Diploma of Honor at the International Exposition from Paris in 1910. The technical solution of achievement conceived by engineer Gyozo Mihailich was discussed in specialized works from several countries. It is also called the bridge from Parcului alley or Neptun Resort Bridge.
