Biserican, Catholic church

Bisericani Catholic Church was built outside the village to use it faithful to four villages. The style of construction is Romanesque and Gothic. The oldest part of the front door is framed stone XIII century, other parties are the fifteenth century Romanesque style.

It was later renovated in Baroque style. According to tradition, the Gothic sanctuary was built during King Matthias. Also during the restoration it was discovered that the wall around the church was moved out, probably with the expansion of the church.

The church has three altars: the main wooden altar and two secondary altars built in 1943. Cristelnița is the same age as the church. The choir organ was built in 1892 in the workshop of István Kolonics. The tower, built in 1764, has three bells, the oldest being cast in 1626.
