Odorheiu Secuiesc, Szombatfalvi - Ugron Curia

This manor was built in the seventeenth century by Szombatfalvi family. Over the years it became Ugron manor, and was transformed three times. Family Szombatfalvi not having son survivors, their two daughters married with two sons Ugron family. and in 1820 lived together.

In 1943 the owners sold the Hungarian Kingdom 6,8 hectares of land, including Curia, because in removing a curve from the Odorheiu Secuiesc - Sovata road, the Ugron plot was cut in two. Within a few years, the Romanian Ministry of Agriculture opened an agrarian school here. The building was transferred to education, and once they left the building, the new tenant became the State Agricultural Enterprise, and was never nationalized. In the mid-90s, Ugron SA, now renovated and transformed, is privately owned. Not Visible.
