The stone church in Giulești was built between 1884-1888 by believers under the guidance of engineer Morandini. The largest walled church in the area was located on a hill. Near it we can see the ruins of the old churches dating to the end of the 14th century.

The materials in the old church were used in the new one. The church has a deep stone foundation, the side walls are fragmented by buttresses, among which are the windows. The ship is vaulted and a stone choir was built above the entrance. The altar is located in a polygonal apse.
