The Adorian Houses were designed by Komor Marcell and Jakab Dezső, and the entrepreneur was Sztarill Ferenc. The land was bought in 1902 by the owner of the houses, Adorian Emil. In this house he lived, but here was his law office. Dr. Adorján Emil, besides the prosperous business, owned several buildings, his name is also found in the building of the Black Eagle Palace. It has had several important functions in the professional and cultural field. Built near the Adorian house on the corner, Adorian II house, was a house with apartments for rent. Downstairs there were store rooms.

The building no longer retains the original partition. The facade of the building is richly ornamented, the frontispiece and around the windows are floral motifs. Between the windows of the first floor I see the hearts above which are seen flower pots and flower bouquets. The heart-shaped window in the upper register is surrounded by bouquets of flowers

On the first floor there is a balcony, and on the second floor are two wrought iron balconies supported by consoles with floral motifs. On the wooden entrance gate appear decorations that mimic peacock feathers, and on the bottom are folded folk motifs.
