Stolna, Wooden church

The wooden church in Stolna built in 1730 was built on a hill on the outskirts of the village, in the center of the former village. The place has a rectangular plan and a tower, square at the base, arched arch and pyramid coat. The original shingle roof was later covered with tin.

The church is decorated with sculptures and paintings. The frames of the entrance and the passage from the narthex to the nave are beautifully decorated with diamonds, and the motif of the Naos and the apse rope has a semicircular vault decorated with rungs and step pyramids.

The interior painting is quite degraded. The Iconostasis with four registers was made in 1730, the name of the painter is unknown. The old cracked bell in 1999 was replaced by a new one, cast in 2000.
