Although it is attested only in 1636, there are indications that the church is older Bezid. Of course it changed much over the years. While reforming the church and parishioners until then Catholics go to the Unitarian religion.

It changed windows, triumphal arch was demolished and was preserved in the southern part of the stone wall. In 1640 the church became reformed, but after a while it regained Unitarians.

In 1688, Prince Apafi definitively attributed it to the Reformed. The tower, built in 1821, has two bells cast in 1985.
