The yellow band marked route starts from DN66a national road, 200 m upstream from the road leading to Butii Gorge Complex. After leaving the road, the ascent ascends through the forest that runs up to the top of the Piule peak. From here and up to Buta cottage there are two variants, both marked with yellow band. The more spectacular route is towards the cușma Gurganului and begins with a steep descent to the base of the 80 to 120 m high walls.

The route to the cottage takes approx. 1 hour. The other through Scorota saddle marked with a yellow band, after a 15 minute descent, arrives in Scororta saddle, where he meets
