After approx. 2 km from the scrubby bed of Scocul , until the Scocul Stănuleților we go alongside the steep slopes Albelor. After the bridge on the right you will see Slavei cottage, and after about 1.5 km from the bridge we reach the Rotunda Glade. The next landmark will be crossing the Cascade stream, after which we will soon enter a narrow gorge, where the Lapusnicul Mare waters form numerous waterfalls. At the bottom of the gorge we reach the confluence of Lapusnicul Mare with Lapusnicu Mic and the Gura Apei lake.
