The Orthodox Church of Satulung was built in 1899 by Greek Catholics, the founder of Teleki László Gyula, the most important landowner of the area. At that time, a confessional school was also established. In 1948, this church became Orthodox.

Change the church began in 1978, when it was extended to the altar. The iconostasis was made by the Burgher in 1981, the pulpit craftsmen in 1983, painting by brothers Eugene and Jeremiah prophet Bucharest. The tower has 4 bells, the oldest of which dates back to 1637.
